milan boxes

the building consists of stacked living boxes. these vary in size, so that a mixing of the individual appartement sizes takes place and the facade is thus maximally loosened. from outside it is already readable, which units are arranged in the building. all the boxes are fully glazed on the front, larger living units are also fully glazed on the opposite facade. 
all vehicles are placed in a underground-garage. at the ground floor are the retail areas, which in turn are housed in individual boxes to accommodate the facade of the tower. an entrance hall is located directly under the tower, also on the ground floor.
 the park and recreation area is arranged on the first floor as a roof garden over the retail areas. stairs and walkways as well as elevators pass there.
