paris riverside restaurant picks up the surrounding elements - water is interpreted as glass - steel of the eifeltower as concrete the areas of reception, office, kitchen, smoking lounge and restaurant are located on four different levels. these are stacked on top of one another, with clear axes of view through the building, as well as by the glazed roof surfaces on the surroundings, in the play with closed concrete surfaces and open glass structures, interesting perspectives arise. the oblique shape of the concrete cube takes up the relation to the water and lets a shiplaunch guess.
