the requirements have been changed to the effect that a residential / farm tower is outside the specified area in order to achieve a better urban design assignment. maximum building height 50m.
the structure of the four building towers consists of external steel pipes in which the containers are hung. the supporting structure is supposed to be reminiscent of bamboo tubes. the boxes are fully glazed northerly and south-facing, west and east side boarded with larch wood.
on the lower floor of each box the living quarters are located, on the upper floor the farm areas. in the free airspaces between the boxes, green open spaces are planned for everyone.
the division into a total of four towers creates an urban planning order and an exciting sequence of open and built-up areas. the park landscape can be optimally structured. as a wild growth area in the otherwise densely built cityscape, it is intended to set a contrast and be used by everyone to experience it.
