the architectural design comprises several freestanding cubic volumes organized as independent residential units. courtyards, pathways, and greened interstitial spaces emerge between them, giving the complex the feel of a small village of villas rather than a single building.
the loose arrangement follows the contours of the terrain, avoiding a dominant, monolithic form. instead, a finely articulated ensemble is created that offers a high quality of living and outdoor experience.
the buildings appear solid and sculptural, almost as if carved from a single block of material.
the facades likely consist of exposed concrete with natural stone aggregates and large-format limestone panels..
the light, matte surface harmonizes with the surrounding rock formations and arid vegetation. by eschewing strong color contrasts, the architecture and landscape merge into a unified whole.
