the building consists of several distinct structures connected by open walkways and terraces. rather than a single compact house, the design forms an ensemble of living pavilions grouped around a central outdoor space featuring a reflecting pool. the boundaries between garden, terrace, and interior are deliberately fluid.

this asymmetrical arrangement creates a balanced composition. the taller structure serves as a vantage point overlooking the sea and establishes a clear hierarchy within the ensemble.
