this high-rise is architecture in which organic forms, stacked volumes, and vertical gardens merge into a sculptural landmark. unlike conventional towers designed as a uniform shaft, this building resembles a three-dimensional, growing structure whose individual elements evolve upwards and intertwine.

the building consists of several slender tower segments of varying heights, stacked and offset laterally. these individual volumes are linked by shared podiums, bridges, and connecting floors. the architecture conveys the impression of a vertical urban district featuring various levels, gardens, and communal open spaces. this gives the high-rise an elegant and dynamic appearance, avoiding the rigidity of classic rectangular towers. the vertical composition is articulated across multiple scales.

podium zone - the multi-story podium forms an urban base featuring expansive glass facades. it opens onto the waterfront promenade, creating a public transition between the city and the building.

intermediate levels - several sections of the building set back to create spacious terraces. these setbacks break up the overall mass and reduce its visual dominance.

tower crown - at the top, several slender towers emerge, giving the building a distinctive skyline profile. the stepped arrangement creates a light, almost floating effect.
