the skyscraper appears as a sculptural, futuristic high-rise composition with a strong focus on verticality, transparency, and modular staggering. its architecture combines elements of parametric design with a minimalist glass facade.
the building consists of several volumes of varying heights that merge seamlessly with one another. this creates a jagged silhouette reminiscent of crystalline forms or towers stacked atop one another.
a blue-and-white grid pattern creates a digital, pixel-like aesthetic. as a result, the tower appears light and reflective - almost as if sculpted from ice or water.
particularly distinctive are the large, open incisions located in the center of the building. these "floating" voids interrupt the tower's mass and likely serve as sky gardens and communal terraces, zones for natural light and ventilation
integrated green spaces and trees on the terraces visibly introduce nature into the vertical plane.
the tower features extremely slender, vertical proportions. this creates an elegant, almost fragile appearance, while the asymmetrical heights enhance its dynamic quality.
thanks to its unusual form, the building stands out distinctly from its rather block-like surroundings. it serves as an iconic landmark for a modern waterfront district.
