residential building

regensburg
germany

2027

the building resembles a contemporary, modular residential complex characterized by clean geometry and a close connection to nature.
the house consists of several rectangular, flat-roofed structures featuring clean lines and a minimalist design language. the individual volumes are linked by a long, low connecting passageway, creating a pavilion-style concept. large floor-to-ceiling windows create a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor spaces, offering sweeping views of the surrounding landscape. the smooth, light-colored facades contrast sharply with the dark green of the forest, underscoring the building's modern character. areas featuring horizontal wooden slats soften the white architecture, lending the building a warmer, more natural feel.
the house is loosely positioned among the trees and appears to largely respect the existing vegetation; the architecture blend into the forest setting rather than dominate it.
semi-open terraces and courtyards formed between the building volumes incorporate the outdoor area into the overall living concept.
the architecture evokes a minimalist, sustainable forest pavilion designed for energy efficiency, abundant natural light, and a strong connection to the surrounding nature.
