the building features modern, sustainable architecture that combines wood, glass, and lightweight steel structures. it is elongated and single-story, yet it rests on a raised plinth, giving the impression that it is hovering slightly above the terrain. the architecture follows a clear horizontal composition that blends harmoniously into the open meadow landscape. a particularly striking feature is the large, deeply cantilevered mono-pitch roof with a delicate supporting structure and provides generous weather protection for the terraces and facades. an almost floor-to-ceiling glass facade beneath the main roof opens the living area completely to the landscape. the extensive glazing maximizes daylight intake and creates fluid transitions between indoor and outdoor spaces. reflective glass surfaces allow the building to visually merge with its surroundings.
