the architecture of the building shown combines industrial heritage with modern timber and glass design. the design evokes the impression of an adaptive reuse project or a new build in the style of a contemporary 'industrial loft'. the building features a series of steeply pitched roof planes arranged in succession. these recall historic factory halls and allow ample natural light to enter the interior. the rhythmic roofscape lends the structure a strong sense of horizontal dynamism.
the roof structure is supported by expressive v-shaped timber columns and exposed timber trusses. the framework remains intentionally visible, serving as a key design element.
the preserved tall brick chimney serves as a landmark that defines the site's identity. it recalls the location's past industrial use and creates a compelling contrast with the modern architecture.
generous terraces, wide outdoor staircases, and public plazas create fluid transitions between the building and the urban realm. T
