the architecture consists of several interlocking, single-story structures grouped around a central atrium. the individual volumes appear as if carved from a single solid block, creating a serene, sculptural presence.

the composition follows an axial symmetry: the eye is guided from the entrance, across the reflecting pool, to the fully glazed living area. this clear sightline enhances the spatial depth and integrates the landscape as an integral part of the architecture.

the sloping shed roofs are particularly striking, their distinctive lines lending the building a dynamic silhouette. the roof surfaces seem to grow out of the solid walls, forming a captivating contrast to the otherwise strict geometry.

the building is constructed almost entirely of light gray exposed concrete which has a high-quality, monolithic appearance. only the wooden doors add warm accents and prevent an overly technical appearance.

the facades are deliberately minimalist. large, closed wall surfaces alternate with floor-to-ceiling, framed glazing. the dark window frames create a subtle contrast to the light concrete and emphasize the depth of the facades.
