the complex comprises several cubic structures loosely grouped around the central pool. instead of a single compact volume, it creates an ensemble of individual pavilions, whose staggered arrangement generates varied views and sheltered outdoor spaces.

the structures vary in height and size, yet adhere to a clear orthogonal geometry. the two-story building on the right forms the spatial focal point and lends the complex a balanced hierarchy.
