the building complex showcases minimalist, modern architecture characterized by clean geometries, high-quality materials, and a close connection to the landscape.
the buildings consist of flat, rectangular volumes with clean horizontal lines. the flat roofs emphasize the minimalist, contemporary character.
the facades are predominantly made of untreated exposed concrete. floor-to-ceiling windows open the interiors to the outdoors, creating seamless transitions between inside and out. the buildings appear to be organized around a shared outdoor area with a pool. covered terraces extend the living spaces outdoors.
the rectangular pool forms the central design element of the complex. generous lawns, loosely planted trees, and subtly arranged grasses create a tranquil, park-like atmosphere. the loungers and terraces are symmetrically positioned, emphasizing the clean lines of the design.
