the villa consists of several low, cubic structures arranged asymmetrically side by side and partially stacked on top of each other. this results in a compositional sequence of volumes, terraces, and recesses rather than a classic, symmetrical main facade.
a two-story cube sits slightly set back above the single-story main building, creating a vertical accent. the remaining building sections are deliberately low and blend more seamlessly into the landscape.
