the architecture resembles a futuristic, biomorphic high-rise complex that deliberately breaks with traditional skyscraper geometry. unlike a classic rectangular skyscraper, the building consists of several rounded, stacked, and partially cantilevered volumes.several differently sized, rounded structures are vertically nested together. this creates a kind of vertical cityscape instead of a single tower.the corners are strongly rounded, and the facades flow seamlessly into one another. the form is more reminiscent of flowing, natural forms than conventional high-rise architecture.individual floors or building sections project far beyond the volumes below. this creates a dramatic balance between heavy structures and seemingly floating elements.the very tall, slender structure forms the vertical focal point. its rounded top and gently curved contour give it an almost aerodynamic appearance.the building envelope is almost entirely glazed. a fine, regular grid of vertical and horizontal facade elements overlays the organic forms.the supporting structure and facade grid appear rational and technical, while the overall form seems soft, flowing, and almost sculptural. comparable contemporary high-rise concepts also use curved glass facades to break up classic orthogonal towers.the green spaces between the building volumes are particularly striking. planted terraces, like horizontal gardens, are integrated into the vertical structure at several points.in contemporary high-rise concepts, such sky gardens are used to bring outdoor spaces, greenery, recreational areas, and sometimes even a microclimate to the heights.
