commercial building

the architecture features a contemporary, elegant coffee pavilion with a strong emphasis on organic forms, transparency, and integration with nature.
the building is crowned by a large, circular, disc-shaped canopy with a slightly curved profile. its underside is clad in warm wooden slats, creating a soft and inviting atmosphere.
the roof is planted with grasses and flowering vegetation, blending the structure into its landscaped surroundings and giving it an environmentally conscious character.
the pavilion uses extensive floor-to-ceiling glazing, making the interior highly transparent and visually connected to the waterfront and city beyond.
warm natural wood is combined with dark metal framing, creating a sophisticated contrast between natural and industrial materials.
the compact interior is organized around a service counter, with open shelving, integrated lighting, and a visible preparation area.
concealed led strips follow the curves of the roof and illuminate the wooden surfaces, producing a warm glow after dark.
planters, mature trees, and vegetation surround the pavilion, making the architecture feel like part of a landscaped public space rather than an isolated building.
the low, horizontally oriented pavilion contrasts with the surrounding high-rise skyline while framing views toward the waterfront and bridge.
overall, the design can be described as a modern biophilic pavilion combining minimalist contemporary architecture, warm timber detailing, extensive glazing, and a landscaped green roof.
