residential building

the architecture is contemporary, minimalist, and strongly geometric, characterized by a clear composition of solid volumes and transparent living spaces. two tall, rectangular concrete wings frame the house, creating a balanced and symmetrical appearance around the central courtyard.
the facades combine board-formed or textured exposed concrete with large floor-to-ceiling glass openings framed in dark metal. the contrast between the heavy concrete masses and the transparent glazing gives the residence a bold yet refined architectural character.
a lower, glazed central volume connects the two wings and opens directly toward the landscape and pool. this creates a strong visual axis through the house and emphasizes seamless indoor-outdoor living. the central courtyard and rectangular swimming pool reinforce the building's precise geometry.
the interior appears warm and understated, with natural materials, neutral tones, soft lighting, and minimalist furnishings. large windows maximize daylight and frame the surrounding trees and dramatic mountain landscape.
