residential & commercial building

the building is a futuristic, sculptural skyscraper that breaks with the classic image of a linear skyscraper. its design is primarily based on stacked, staggered glass volumes, deep recesses, and green terraces.the tower consists of several rectangular volumes of varying sizes, arranged one above the other and offset from one another.some sections of the building project significantly beyond the floors below. this creates the impression that individual 'boxes' are being pushed out of the tower.large gaps and covered areas are created between the volumes. these make the otherwise very solid tower appear more open.the irregular staggering prevents a classic, uniform skyscraper form. this gives the skyline a dynamic and sculptural appearance. comparable skyscraper concepts strategically utilize stacked and staggered volumes to create terraces and diverse outdoor spaces.the entire architecture is characterized by a shimmering blue glass facade.the regular grid of the facade contrasts sharply with the irregular overall form. the strong reflection of the sky makes the building appear almost transparent in places. at the same time, the surrounding city and vegetation are reflected in the facade.the green roof terraces and interstitial spaces are a particularly important element. palm trees and other plants grow on the recessed levels.
