the building resembles a futuristic, biomorphic skyscraper that blends elements of organic architecture, parametric design, and high-tech construction. its fluid forms are reminiscent of a living structure rather than a traditional rectangular tower. such organic-parametric shapes are frequently developed using computer-aided geometry. the tower tapers and twists as it rises. its sweeping lines create an almost spiral-like silhouette. a dense network of white, curved structural and façade elements wraps visibly around the building’s exterior, giving the construction the appearance of an external skeleton. large white arches sweep from the base, across the façade, and up to the building's upper levels. this creates the impression that the structure has grown from a single, continuous strand of material. the varied curvatures and complex lattice structure are hallmarks of computational or parametric design, a process in which geometries are algorithmically generated and optimized. a predominantly glazed façade sits within the light-colored exoskeleton. warmly illuminated interiors contrast sharply with the cool, metallic outer skin. numerous trees and planted terraces are integrated into the building's structure. vegetation extends vertically through the tower, transforming it into a kind of vertical garden. this combination of high-rise architecture and greenery is a characteristic motif of contemporary biophilic design. at the bottom, the compact tower dissolves into sweeping, widely cantilevered platforms. these form terraces, social areas, and an expansive pool complex. led strips trace the contours of the exterior arches. this transforms the structural framework itself into an architectural ornament at night. the contrast between organic form and technical precision is particularly interesting: the building resembles a blend of tree, seashell, coral, and futuristic spaceship, yet visually it is based on a highly complex structural and facade system.
