the building consists of several set-back stories. this creates a terraced silhouette that feels lightweight despite the substantial building mass. the vertical timber cladding gives the building a warm, natural appearance. at the same time, the narrow vertical elements create a regular rhythm. numerous floor-to-ceiling windows ensure abundant daylight and establish a visual connection between the interior and exterior spaces. trees, shrubs, and planted outdoor areas are distributed across several levels. the greenery is thus not merely decorative but becomes an integral part of the architecture. the glazed entrance level, featuring slender columns, appears transparent and inviting. the transition between the school and the public square is seamless. the lm bridge connects directly to the building. the architecture thus responds strongly to this key transit location, creating a link between the school, the public realm, and public transport. despite the extensive greenery, the design is geometric and rational—horizontal floor lines meet vertical façade articulations. wood, a green roof, abundant vegetation, and a compact design convey the concept of a school focused on resource efficiency and climate responsibility.
