residential building
the architecture is minimalist, and strongly influenced by modernist principles. the design is defined by a low, horizontal profile and a dramatic floating flat roof with deep cantilevered overhangs, creating a strong sense of lightness and shelter.
the building uses clean geometric forms, exposed light-colored concrete or natural stone, and extensive floor-to-ceiling glass walls. large glazed openings dissolve the boundary between the interior and the surrounding landscape, while slender dark frames give the facade a precise, elegant appearance.
the interior is organized around a central open living space, with generous lounge and dining areas extending directly onto the terraces. a mature tree growing through the covered area creates a striking connection between architecture and nature.
