residential building

the architecture resembles a contemporary, single-story courtyard house with a strong connection to the landscape. the design combines minimalism, warm materials, and seamless indoor-outdoor spaces.the building wings enclose a private courtyard with a pool. this creates a sheltered outdoor space toward which the living areas are oriented.flat roofs, elongated building volumes, and projecting roof edges create a very calm, horizontal appearance.the rust-brown building envelope is the defining design element. the material lends the house an earthy, sculptural quality and contrasts sharply with the green of the surrounding vegetation. the facades facing the courtyard are almost entirely glazed. this blurs the boundaries between the living room, covered terraces, garden, and pool. the light-colored flooring around the pool creates a deliberate contrast to the dark glass and rust-colored metal. wooden details and vertical louvers add warmth and privacy.
