the tower rises from a multi-story base, ascending through a series of staggered volumes. setbacks create terraces of varying sizes, breaking up the otherwise monolithic appearance typical of high-rises. this stepped configuration gives the building a dynamic, almost sculptural silhouette. the facade consists almost entirely of a glass curtain wall system featuring large-format insulating glazing. reflective glass surfaces mirror the sky and surroundings, lending the high-rise a light, elegant aesthetic. slender, dark profiles structure the glass surfaces and accentuate the vertical orientation. the multi-story base establishes the building's urban scale. this transparent base zone is suitable for public-facing uses - such as dining, retail, lobbies, or co-working spaces - thereby enlivening the streetscape. vertical greenery is a key design element. numerous terraces and setbacks feature trees, shrubs, and planted areas. the vegetation serves both aesthetic and ecological functions. the greenery creates the impression of a 'vertical garden' and underscores the design's sustainable character.
