residential building
the design is defined by clean geometric lines, generous cantilevered volumes, and a sophisticated interplay of horizontal forms. its distinctive green patinated copper facade creates a striking contrast with the warm natural wood elements, expansive floor-to-ceiling glazing, and carefully integrated greenery.
the architecture is conceived as a composition of two interlocking levels, with the upper volume appearing to float above the ground floor. deep overhangs, recessed glazing, and vertical timber screens provide privacy, solar protection, and architectural depth while maintaining a seamless visual connection between indoor and outdoor spaces.
extensive green roofs and planted terraces soften the building's contemporary geometry, allowing the residence to blend harmoniously into its landscaped setting. large sliding glass doors open the main living areas onto generous terraces, creating a fluid transition between interior spaces, the infinity-edge swimming pool, and the surrounding gardens.
the interiors are designed to embrace natural light and panoramic views, with warm materials and understated elegance complementing the architectural language.
