residential building

the architecture resembles a contemporary, sculptural luxury villa, strongly influenced by minimalist design, mediterranean landscape architecture, and modern californian architecture.the building consists of several interlocking structures of varying heights. this creates a dynamic, terraced silhouette that follows the slope of the land.the light, finely textured concrete surfaces lend the villa a monolithic, clean character. the visible formwork joints further emphasize the materiality.almost all horizontal roof surfaces are planted with vegetation. this allows the building to visually blend into the surrounding greenery and appear less massive.floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding doors open the rooms completely to the landscape. this virtually eliminates the boundaries between interior and exterior spaces.the architecture creates sheltered, inward-facing outdoor spaces. living areas, terraces, garden, and pool are organized around these courtyards.generous covered terraces extend the living spaces outdoors. the pool is located directly adjacent to the central lounge area and becomes an integral part of the architectural design.concrete, glass, natural stone, and lush greenery define the aesthetic.
