the structure consists of clear, rectangular volumes. flat roofs and straight lines dominate the design.
large window fronts and glass walls provide plenty of natural light. the transparency visually connects the interior and exterior spaces and creates a sense of openness.
part of the building is elevated, conveying a sense of lightness.
the roofs act as functional platforms – potentially suitable for solar panels, greenery, or roof terraces. the building is divided into various, clearly defined volumes that are functionally separate but connected by transitions.
the horizontal structure conveys a sense of calm and balance.
the minimalist architecture contrasts with the lush nature – a deliberate design accent.
