the villa is designed as a two-story courtyard building. several interlocking, rectangular structures form a u-shaped complex that opens onto a spacious pool terrace. the composition is strictly horizontally oriented, conveying stability and tranquility.
the upper floor appears as an independent, superimposed structure that extends over parts of the ground floor. this creates sheltered outdoor areas and covered terraces.
the facades follow the principle of alternating solidity and transparency.
while the side views are predominantly closed, the building opens completely to the courtyard. this creates a strong connection between the living spaces, terrace, and pool.
the flat roofs feature a continuous parapet, giving the buildings the appearance of pure geometric forms. the spacious roof terrace above the single-story section of the building is particularly noteworthy, creating additional open spaces and reinforcing the horizontal articulation of the architecture.
