this villa embodies a contemporary, sculptural approach to residential architecture, blending elements of minimalism, modern natural stone design, and tropical living. the architecture comprises a composition of offset building volumes featuring roofs of varying heights and pitches. moving away from strict orthogonal geometry, the inclined roof planes and volumes of differing heights create a dynamic silhouette.
the individual building volumes appear interconnected, resembling distinct pavilions. this approach visually breaks up the building's substantial mass, lending it a lighter appearance.
the façade is clad in light-colored natural stone or a finely textured concrete finish. this uniform materiality gives the impression that the building has been carved from a single block of material.
